We take the fair payment of labor seriously, especially when contractors like Alpine Painting undermine the hard working men and women of our communities. Last year, workers and community activists staged a seven-month-long boycott of the store, and a federal lawsuit, which resulted in Kim agreeing to pay 12 workers roughly $95,000 in withheld overtime pay.  This latest call for a boycott comes as a result of stalled negotiations between Kim and newly unionized workers, who are members of RWDSU.
