Editors Protest Bravo Media’s Union Busting

On Thursday members of the Motion Picture Editors Guild, IATSE Local 700, allies and supporters gathered outside of 30 Rockefeller Plaza to protest Ryan Seacrest Productions and Bravo Media’s firing of the editorial crew of Shahs of Sunset.  The production and post-production employees had been on strike since September 10 while seeking an IATSE contract.  Contract negotiations had just begun when the production had announced it’s decision to fire the editorial crew.

IATSE has since filed unfair labor practice charges with the NLRB.
