The key is effective visual communication to represent your cause or campaign in a clear and compelling way. Join us for a crash course in visual design principles for communicators. You might not be an artist or have a natural eye for aesthetics, but anyone can learn these basic guidelines of visual design.
Elizabeth McKenna will lead the training
Elizabeth McKenna has worked as a freelance web and print designer since 2009. She began her career in labor as a Sign and Display Instructor for the Finishing Trades Institute of New York, a training facility for District Council No. 9, International Union of Painters and Allied Trades. She is currently the Executive Assistant to the President of District Council No. 9. In addition to her role as executive assistant, her responsibilities include web direction for the Council as well as working in conjunction with the Organizing Department on various research, campaigning, and organizing efforts.
