Paid Sick Time Passes City Council

In a historic vote by the New York City Council, Intro 97-A, the New York City Earned Sick Time Act passed by a margin of 45-3.  The passage of this bill marks a major step toward protecting workers and their families in the event of illness.  To read more, please click here.
