Local 802 Launches Pension Action Center

AFM Local 802 is helping to organize a national campaign with all fellow AFM locals around the country to save the multi-employer pension system that musicians and other workers rely on.

This week, 802 launched a Pension Action Center, where you can get an introduction to the campaign, sign a petition for the Emergency Pension Plan Relief Act of 2021, learn about the cuts that pension fund trustees are trying to impose, and leave a comment at the Treasure Department about pension cute. 802 is also hosting its first event, a webinar about solving our pension crisis together on February 9th—scroll down to upcoming events for details, and check out more Local 802 news in the February issue of Allegro!
