This week, the CLC joined with low-wage workers, labor unions, clergy, elected officials, and community groups to stand up for economic justice for workers. The event, held at Riverside Church, included a mixture of vocal and instrumental music, worker testimonies, readings from sacred texts, and commitments to continue the fight for family-sustaining wages, benefits, and workplace respect for all working men and women.
