CLC Launches Campaign School

On Saturday, May 3rd, the Central Labor Council launched the NYC CLC Campaign School. The two-day training, in partnership with Wellstone Action, trained rank and file members and union staff on the fundamentals and best practices of running a campaign. The training sessions focused on the tools for effectively mobilizing our grassroots power to move pro-worker legislation and help elect pro-labor candidates. The Central Labor Council looks forward to providing additional trainings to build our membership with the skills necessary to run effective campaigns.
