#CVSBeFair: Contract Rally
Thu, Mar 15, 2018 at 01:00 PM
Please join us as we stand with the members of Local 338 RWDSU/UFCW who are fighting for their first union contract with CVS. These workers first voted to join Local 338 in 2015 and since then CVS has spent an unimaginable amount of money on lawyers and other professionals to delay negotiating with them.
In other states, like California, CVS has signed union contracts that provide employees living wages, benefits, and a true sense of dignity. CVS takes care of those workers. Join us as we ask the company, why not those in Brooklyn?
Let’s let CVS know that the New York City labor movement is united around their Brooklyn workers and demand that they receive the same benefits and protections as workers on the West Coast. Please join us and encourage your friends and allies to attend.
