IFF Strike RALLY: BCTGM Members and Allies to Protest Outside International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) Headquarters in New York City.

Union members and labor allies of the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers International Union (BCTGM) prepare to protest outside the headquarters of International Flavors & Fragrances at 521 W. 57th St. in New York City on October 18th.

The rally will call attention to the BCTGM Local 390G members who have been on strike for four months against the company in Memphis, Tenn., and urge its negotiators to return to the bargaining table.

In commenting on the rally, BCTGM International President Anthony Shelton states, “Our striking members at the IFF plant have stood their ground and sacrificed so much in order to preserve their benefits and overtime premiums. It is past time for this company’s negotiators to return to the table and find a way forward.”
