Workers at the Brooklyn Museum this week announced that they have officially voted to form a union with UAW Local 2110. Museum workers first went public with their intention to unionize in May, citing the need for increased job security, higher wages, and greater transparency. Included in the new union are curators, conservators, educators, editors, fundraisers, front-desk staff, and retail workers.
