Update: NYIC United Wins Voluntary Recognition
NYIC United announced this week that NYIC Management has heard their demand for voluntary recognition loud and clear!
President & CEO Murad Awawdeh and management have retained legal counsel and agreed to move toward voluntary recognition, contingent on reaching agreement over which employees are eligible for the bargaining unit.
The union stands ready to engage with management in mutual good-faith. They're asking supporters to follow along closely to ensure they receive full voluntary recognition.
