Take Action: Tell ProPublica You'll Honor a Digital Picket Line

Unionized staff at ProPublica have voted overwhelmingly to authorize a strike after more than two years of bargaining their first contract.

ProPublica management has:

• Refused to agree to basic job security proposals, including a disciplinary system with adequate due process and standard Just Cause protections and seniority provisions in layoffs.
• Rejected any restrictions on replacing jobs with AI.
• And offered annual wage increases that will not keep up with the rising cost of living.
