Take Action: Fair Contract for Union Members at Hearst!

Writers Guild of America East members at Hearst Magazines are bargaining for a fair union contract and need support. Members are seeking reasonable proposals that address pay equity, raises that keep pace with inflation, remote work flexibility, and protections against the reckless use of AI. Hearst management has failed to provide adequate bargaining dates and has offered unacceptable counterproposals, including lower raises, increased in office requirements without guarantees, and no AI protections.
