Actors’ Equity Association Celebrates 75 Years of the Legacy Robe
NYC CLC, AFL-CIO
Actors’ Equity Association is the steward of the Legacy Robe, a tradition that honors a chorus performer on a Broadway musical’s opening night.
To celebrate the Robe ritual turning 75, Equity has released a mini-documentary interviewing recipients from over the decades and exploring what it means for these chorus workers to be celebrated in this way.
