Walk the Line with Striking CAMBA IT Workers!
December 9-11: IT workers at CAMBA, Inc have been on strike for a month after their management rejected modest, common-sense proposals: living wages, annual COLA, and a multi-year CBA. CAMBA’s refusal to lift up its frontline staff is even more shameful given its executive excess. In 2024, the non-profit’s CEO Valerie Barton-Richardson reportedly took home a staggering $51,700 every two weeks—more than an IT department admin assistant earned the entire year.
The small-but-mighty CAMBA IT Workers Union is on indefinite strike until they reach a fair deal. Union workers can support their fight by joining a picket (dates + location shared via Instagram and below), donating to striking workers' hardship fund, and calling CAMBA to demand a fair deal for IT staff.
