Four Years of Deferred Action for Workers!

This week the Department of Homeland Security announced their updated guidance on the "initial period" extending the grant period from 2 to 4 years for deferred action for labor enforcement. The new guidance will allow workers to continue to speak out and fight back against exploitative employers and work conditions. Read more here.
