ALIGN Forum on Climate, Green Job Creation

This past Tuesday ALIGN, along with the Blue Green Alliance, the New York City Environmental Justice Alliance, the National AFL-CIO and the New York City Central Labor Council, held a forum to address important climate issues while also creating good jobs for New Yorkers.  The forum marked the release of the Climate Works for All report which sets forth a 10-point proposal for reducing emissions as well as creating 40,000 new green jobs annually.  The report also details how we can make New York City more resilient in the face of climate change.
