Worker Appreciation Lunch at Riverside Center

Hundreds of workers and members of the city’s labor movement gathered today to celebrate the workers at Riverside Center, a $420 million 40-story development project financed by the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust.  The project is expected to create more than 2,000 jobs. 

NYS AFL-CIO President Mario Cilento and NYC CLC President Vincent Alvarez joined NYS BCTC President Jim Cahill and AFL-CIO Investment Trust Corporation President Mike Stotz to honor the workers on this 100%-union project.
