Change to Win was founded in September 2005 by seven unions and six million workers devoted to building a movement of working people. Change To Win is uniting workers in industries such as hospitality, construction, retail, food processing, healthcare, and trucking and transportation, among others.

The Queens College Worker Education Center
The Center provides undergraduate and graduate college degree programs for union members at its mid-Manhattan Extension Center and through its on-campus LEAP program. The Center offers two certificate programs in partnership with the Central Labor Council: Labor and Civic Participation as well as the Union Semester (see below). The Center also sponsors monthly labor breakfast forums, conducts research, organizes conferences, issues educational materials on matters of vital concern to labor, and publishes New Labor Forum, a national journal of ideas, analysis and debate.
New York Union Semester
Now in its third year, Union Semester is a unique "semester away" program offered by Queens College/CUNY which provides students with a hands-on opportunity to intern with a labor union or affiliated organization in New York City while taking courses in labor studies.

New York City Labor Chorus
The New York City Labor Chorus, with 75 members representing over 20 labor unions and District Councils, was founded in 1991. Our Chorus promotes union solidarity by expressing through song the history and ongoing struggles of workers for economic and social justice. Our dynamic repertoire combines the power and culture of union music with the great gospel, jazz, classical and folk traditions.
Bread and Roses Cultural Project
Bread and Roses was founded in 1979 as a cultural resource for union members and students in New York City who would otherwise have little access to the arts.
